Over the years I've been to at least 10 dentist's. This place is actually honest and informs me of what is needed and does not push extra on you a big plus for me. Sarah harmen has really surprised me in the care of my cleanings. Every time I've had cleanings at other dentist I'm just a person and my gums leave sore and bleeding.

Dr. Grimm is awesome! He has the most amazing team of staff members too. Everyone from the hygienists, the assistants, Bryan the office manager and the front desk personnel are all wonderful!

I had two fillings done earlier this year in this clinic. Immediately after my appointment I mentioned that they felt rough and like something was in between my teeth. The assistant shrugged and sent me on my way. Months later these issues are still bothering me. I went in for a cleaning and brought this up. They decided to do a ‘revision’ the same day. Dr. Grimm put wedges in between my teeth to manually spread the teeth apart so that he could sand down the excess filling material. There was no numbing and it appeared as if all of the staff were in a hurry to go home. It was painful to have the wedges placed in between my teeth, and at one point I had tears coming down my face while in the chair. None of the staff stopped what they were doing or showed any concern. Dr. Grimm seemed to think my reaction was disproportional, and said “I mean I can numb if I need to”, while I was in tears. After the ‘revision’ the issues I had mentioned are still not fully resolved. It seems as though the staff here are more worried about rushing patients out and getting home than they are providing quality care. Had the fillings not been rushed in the first place, I likely wouldn’t have had these concerns. I have had previous fillings elsewhere without any issues whatsoever. As someone who works in healthcare in a direct patient-facing capacity, I’ve never experienced such disregard anywhere. I’m not typically one to write reviews, but I feel that there should be some sort of accountability for this instance and others should know before trusting this practice with their care.
