Clean place but had an issue getting checked in. No one at the desk. Called from phone outside and waited Bout 10 min before someone finally came out. Has a bike and treadmill here w vending machine. Free water dispenser for your cup or bottles. Grab n go breakfast like coffee hot chocolate and muffins and granola bars. Stagg was very welcoming and courteous. Dirty stove grills but has a kitchenette w bar. Peaceful area.

The GSR Crystal and the AGM Jordyn are absolutely professional and always going above and beyond for the guest. Anything we asked they made sure it was done in a promptly and professional manner. The room was very clean and smelled good. The outside is clean and the guest was all quiet and they wasn’t loud at all. I’m happy with my overall stay and I will be back sooner than later…..

The hotel rooms, customer service, assistant General manager Jordyn and the General manager Raquel are absolutely amazing and are extremely dedicated to their job. The hospitality I received has been something that has made my stay here worth while. I recommend this place to any travelers.

The staff here was tremendously helpful since day 1 when I arrived Jan 22....even though I had some issues with my room The staff made sure I had everything I needed to continue to make my stay comfortable. Including pots & utensils for me to cook with...Mr. Randy an absolute sweetheart from the beginning & very helpful Jordan Always had the coffee and prepped Racquel Always asking about my day & attending to my issues no matter how times I came down there with the same issues....The entire staff deserves a raise & excellent recognition ‼️ I appreciate you all so much & Im going to miss the staff once I leave...Thank you for the customer service & making the stay comfortable for me Take Care & Keep up the great work EVERYONE‼️
