I got ripped off by Avis. Prior to returning my rental, I stopped at a gas station right outside the car rental return, where I topped off the gas tank until the pump clicked "off" and would no longer pump. Even the gas gage showed 'full' capacity. Avis still charged me $15.99 for gas!!! I'm not happy and feel like Avis has taken advantage of long term committed faithful customer.

Line was 25 people long with one person working the counter. The wait for an available car was an hour +. Horrible experience.

Great people and car but the left windshield wiper was torn and we had to spend $26 and put on new wiper. Avis did a great job of follow up and credited $40. I am changing my rating and remain committed to using Avis.
