Spoke with housing administrator, who gave different advice compared to the mediator. Inconsistent guidance following mediation hearings with incompetent, unprofessional employees. No wonder that cleveland gets a bad reputation.

Go online (clevelandmunicipalcourt.org) and look up your case. See if/what the bond amount is for you to get your case back on the Court's active docket. Or call a defense attorney to do the above on your behalf.

If it's a county matter I'm really not sure I work for the city for the city their assigned the same day you plead not guilty in arraignment court
Im going to say that there is no such thing as "Traffic Court" in the Cleveland Municipal Court. All "Initial Appearances," also kniwn as "Arraignments," for all traffic & criminal cases are held on the 3rd floor, courtrooms 3C or 3D of the Justice Center. Anyone pleading Not Guilty in the arraignment courtroom then gets his/her case assigned to a particular judge whose courtroom is located on either the 12th, 13th, 14th or 15th floor.
Wait what!?!?
You mean "What does CCH mean?"
If you were caught by a red light camera, there should be no points, just a fine. If you were cited by an officer, those points remain on your record for 2 or three years then drop off automatically. The vote you refer to was for the unmanned red light and speeding cameras only. The police can still issue tickets for red light violations as they always have.
