Initially, the room my husband and I were given at this hotel was awful. It looked as though room service laid down to sleep and left everything behind. All of the dirty sheets previously used were just sitting on a ball at the end of the bed, the used pillows stacked in the chair, and gross towels were scattered all over the floor in the room. There was also a large bag of trash that was left at the entry of the room filled with the previous guests trash. Unfortunately, when my husband and I went to speak to the front desk they were closed and at the time, we were unaware of the phone used to contact office after hours. However, the next day we spoke to Ron and he was very professional. Not only did he double our deposit return but he also gave us a new room which he happily showed my husband and I before switching our reservation. All of which neither my husband or I had to ask for. The rest of our stay here had been very comfortable and relaxing and our new room was perfect.

I normally stay at a Hilton Hotel but due to my budget and some last minute travel arrangements I found myself here for the weekend. The staff was nice and accommodating . Pro are the room was clean , the price was cheap and It was in a decent neighborhood. Cons were the bed is small , the blankets and pillows has seen better days and there wasn't any dishes to use in the mini kitchen. It wasn't the best but also wasn't the worst so 🤷 If your looking for cheap and cozy then this is your place

Positive: The room seemed to be in a fairly safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Negative: The bathroom door could stand to be replaced. It has water damage on the bottom inside. No utensils are in the room. I understand why and that you could ask for them. We only stayed 2 nights so wasn't a big deal.

My wife and 2 toddlers had a bad experience here before. Unbeknownst to us we checked in for 3 days and on the 2nd day was told that we were on the Do not rent list and had to go once it was up. We wanted to re rent the room. We were on the list for "messiness" our kids were 1 at the time and we all know how they love to throw food. Well under new management the place has went from 3 * to 5* after speaking to the new GM who was wonderfully helpful and understanding of our situation. He couldn't by pass the block on the computer but allowed us to stay out of the bad weather tonight. And change it to my name. And the front desk night shift when we checked in was a woman named Bailey who stayed 1 hour after her shift to help us get registered. 💚
