Bus gates constantly change meaning you're gonna miss the bus even if you're a regular commuter. I could not think of a more convoluted and confusing system of gate departures.

The NJ Transit guy here in the booth was really unhelpful. He was on his phone like he didn’t want to be bothered. He charged me the money for the tickets and failed to grab the money three times as he was still on his phone, after I had some questions he decided to just close the window. The jitney driver guys are unhelpful as well, they just don’t care over here.

There is no direct bus route to Woodbury Commons from the GWB terminal. The best option is still going down to Port Authority, where many bus services have a stop on the way to Woodbury Commons.

I'd have to suggest calling or going to the MTA website or NJ Transit bcuz Nyack is in Rockland County NY, so it maybe a Shortline Bus not an NJ TRANSIT bus. Jump on their websites or make that call. Sorry I'm not exactly sure.
