I was very disappointed for my first time. I expected a different flavorful taste but it was a bland cheese meat and pickle slide.i also had the chocolate shake which was not impressive. Will not be eating at White Castle again. The food was hot and fresh so that was probably the only thing I enjoyed.

Went to White Castles on Dorsett Friday afternoon. Two cars in front of me in drive through. Unbelievable wait for ten burgers. Asked for ketchup only. Didn't get any. Next time I will go to grocery store and buy burger to cook at home. It will be quicker. No none forgotten customer service.

The computer was down today, so the service speed was such that it actually, literally, would have been faster to go to a grocery store, get burgers, and cook them at home rather than eat here. I would estimate the wait was around half an hour, so that's 45 minutes to get White Castle for one if you drive seven and a half minutes each way. They also needed assistance remembering how many combos I had ordered (one) and that I had not received the ordered drink.
