Coes Neck Park can be a more beautiful place if the County utilizes the tax payers money wisely. The tennis courts are cracked, the walls on the handball courts are in horrible condition. Also, it clearly states " No dogs allowed" and yet the staff does not enforce it. They also don't enforce their own rules about drinking, smoking etc in the park. I remember when the park was peaceful and an enjoyable place to be.....This park needs more security to escort the "rule breakers" out of the park and allow the people who is utilizing the park appropriately! You can do better!
