I’m so tired of going back and forth with this place, I am currently on maternity leave and have medical issues so my account was supposed to be frozen THREE TIMES and it still hasn’t, I kept being charged (on the wrong card) the manager said again a week ago that my account will be frozen plus will have the money that I got charged refunded, I still see no refund and now they owe me more since I was charged once again after they told me my account was frozen. The guy on the phone said “I do see the notes but I can’t help you my manager will give you a call”. If there are notes why is my account still not frozen? If I do not see my money I will take this up higher.

Please please expand your hours on the weekends! Closing at 7pm on a Saturday night is such a weak move, you guys can keep it open until at least 9 if not 10pm. 1-2 staff members? Let’s go

Basic membership allows everyone to use the sauna. Current price is $16 a month. It use to be $10. Unfortunately there are no promotions going on now.
