Bad company along with bad service . This trash company decided not to pick up trash for three weeks for no reason, when we called to find out why the excuse was that they "got a new garbage truck" so they couldn't pick up trash on our side of the road , what's funny is first they never contacted us about the change in the first place and second are the people there incapable of getting out of their truck and getting the can like any other half decent company would. We don't own property on the other side of thr road so we are getting rid of this company and if you want good customer service I would stay away from this company.

The drivers for the WM damaged my brand new chain link fence and then denied damaging it and so the claim was denied. I still have no gate up at my new fence and still have to use the same service because there is no other service in this area. I hate having these men come to my house with the understanding of their unwillingness to assume responsibility for the damage that they caused.

We went to the Spring Hill landfill in Campbellton, Florida. It is operated by Waste Management. Employees were helpful and friendly. What impressed me most is that the grounds of the facility are landscaped like a park: pretty trees, winding paved road. The black-plastic-sheathed "mountain" could be mistaken at quick glance for glacially smoothed Canadian Shield bedrock. It is obvious that state-of-the-industry practices and aesthetic efforts are the norm at the Spring Hill Waste Management facility.
