I've never had scars like this before. Keke did ok on the fade but must've been distracted during the lineup. I got the cut Feb 19, it started swelling and burned a lot, then I took the pictures Feb 20th. I was so embarrassed to go to work like this.

As I watch the two barbers work, I also see two people, who I assume are employees, just sit on their phone’s. I’ve been coming here for a while and love the product; they know how to cut hair, but I always struggled with making appointments and walk-ins are very very VERY SLOW. It was going to be 3 stars but the last time I got a cut I was actually cut by the clippers. Idk if that’s normal or not but I prefer my hair getting cut, not my neck.
