I tried to use this company to make a key for my sister’s car. I probably would have used them had the lady on the phone not been so short and in such a hurry to end the call. She talked so fast and rushed through all the information. When I tried to ask questions she just cut me off. I tried to ask her to repeat some info so I could write it down, but she told me to just have my sister call in. I tried to explain to her that my sister wasn’t able to call and that I was handling the issue, but she cut me off again. I just hung up and looked elsewhere to get the key made. What kind of customer service is this? I only gave 2 stars because from what I could hear, the prices sounded decent.

Very friendly stuff. After calling local places including Ford dealer we had our car key duplicated at Moore's Locksmith in Rocky Mount. Excellent and fast service. In 1 hour we had 2 duplicates programmed, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
