I just wanted to say as parent, who’s only child is moving away to go to college and be on his own for the first time, Axis and the tour guide Peyton made everything so reassuring. My son and I loved the safety feel of the campus, and the size and set up of the apartments were perfect. Peyton told us he has lived there for two years and how much he loves it. So much so, he decided to work there! He even offered my son some tips and tricks to make the transition easier for all of us. Our mind is made up! Thanks AXIS and especially, thank you Peyton!! I love staying here! They have 2 sand volley ball courts, a pool, and fenced in dog park. The free dance studio and gym has been a life saver on gym membership cost too. Also, the sunset is to die for !

Honestly I wish I could give this place 1/2 star. I do not recommend living here. Maintenance takes almost a week to get your request. Dryers go out all the time. Rent is too high for the quality of this place. Do not try to call the office because the phone will just ring.

Axis is a nice and beautiful place to live! I love the units, especially since there is a washer/dryer and I get my own bathroom. Meeting my new roommate was very fun and I look forward to meeting other people as well

It depends on your income whether you can stay there or not. They do allow pets for a fee and they don't offer one bedrooms only two or four. You'd have to pay twice the rent of a two bedroom if you wanted the two bedroom alone. And to do that you'd have to pay two application fees and apply twice
