I used to love coming here when I was younger, they used to have such great service and had groups served quickly. I brought my boyfriend here for the first time in a while for me (and he had never eaten here before). Now he doesn’t ever want to come back. It was lunchtime and only about 4 tables of couples were occupied. Employee greeted us at the door, then walked away and we didn’t see them for a while. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated with nobody coming to the counter. When someone did come to seat us, we waited about 15 more minutes for someone to come take our orders. They never brought us our drinks until after we got our food, about 20-25 more minutes. We got there before 1 bc we had to be somewhere at 2. They only had one cook working on everyone’s meals at one time, she was working by herself the whole time we were in there. After waiting for our food for all that time we were having to leave to get to our appointment. We had to get our fresh food in to-go boxes and asked for our drinks in to-go cups, which still hadn’t been brought to us. We didn’t get to eat before we had to pay and leave. I hate leaving such bad reviews but this was not like anything I’ve experienced, especially since the place was so empty. Really sad to see this as I used to love coming here with friends :( I don’t think we will be back soon.

Since I can’t give a 0 o have to give a 1. WORST costumer service I have ever had, and I’m a server! Waited 15 minutes before we walked out, nobody acknowledged us, because they were too busy texting and talking to someone else. Walked by pass us a couple of time and never said anything to us.

Definitely short staffed. They had a cook, 2 servers, a dishwasher and a manager. Out of the 5...the dishwasher, the girl server and the cook where the only ones working. It is good food, cooked to perfection if you want a long wait. Probably will not go back anytime soon.

This place just can't seem to recover from pandemic. Twice have ordered here and wasn't ready when scheduled, first time waited 1 hrs past and couldn't be given a time when order would be ready and this time was told service went down and orders were delayed. Had to wait another 45 mins. after scheduled time to receive food. So disappointed problems can't be fixed here. I don't believe this is fried rice :(.
