Most incredible stay I’ve ever had in Anna Maria Island! Perfect resort for a relaxing getaway. So happy I was able to spend time there with my family, will definitely stay there again in the near future.

Amazing place, beach front (our room is 20 steps away from sand) complimentary beach towels and chairs, perfect room with a small kitchen inside 😍 Excellent swimming pool.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Small, safe, clean, convenient to the beach and local restaurants/shops. Golf cart parking with complimentary charging available. Bike rack for bikes. Pool is very nice. Hotel staff sets up beach lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach daily. Maintenance staff was helpful when there was an issue with the lock to our room. Doesn’t truly have resort amenities and is a hotel. The biggest downfall comes at check out… they will not budge on their 10am check out time (we were guests during their off season). We were told we had to call the morning of check out to see if we could check out “late” (the latest check out is 11am). We called in the morning and were told that we could not check out at 11am. The front desk representative was rude about it on two occasions (when I first asked the question and when we called back the next morning). I have never stayed somewhere that costs as much as Anna Maria Beach Resort and them not spare me 1 to 2 hours or help me to work around an issue due to their check in or check out times. For the price I would expect them to be far more accommodating. They did not offer to hold our bags at the desk until we left for the airport. We waited in the lobby for nearly an hour for our driver and our room was never cleaned in that time. So glad we were rushed out of room!!!! There was a complete lack of empathy from staff and no apology for their lack of flexibility.
