I just purchased a used boat with a 225 Suzuki outboard and have been trying to figure out why my fuel gauge wasn’t working on the multi function. I called a few local “Suzuki dealers” in the area and they were no help. Wouldn’t or couldn’t even give me the time of day. I called Suzuki customer service and was told to contact a dealer. So I contacted Browns. Explained the situation to the receptionist and she put me on hold. I waited maybe 2 mins on hold and George picked up. I explained the situation and he spent the time to tell me my options and what to do. They had the parts in stock so I took the 45 min ride and picked the parts up. The next day I installed the parts and George was spot on! The gauge is now reading the fuel level. Thank you for all the help. I’ll be using this marine service from now on!!

Hello! I am from Ukraine! I want to say thankful words to all staff of Browns Point Marine Service. Thank you very much for your job. I have started my orders (parts for my boat) since 2019 year. why I have chosen your shop? Because in my country Suzuki have not good dealer network. I have tried a lot foreign shops, but only you provided the best service. I didn’t issue a lot of the orders, but still it was the best shopping abroad. No problem with payments and delivery! Thank you very much! I also issued some orders for the genuine parts and oils to prepare my boat for 2022-year, part of them I already received, others on the way to my country! I am not sure if I will have possibility to use my boat in Kyiv this year due to situation in my country, but still, I am very thankful to you guys! Wish you good luck, wish you all the time native land under your feet and clean sky above your head!
