Most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had so far. My salesman Erik was kind and honest throughout the whole process. I didn’t feel pressured, I felt like I could take my time and decide. Megan in finance was personable and caring. I wish more finance people were like her. It did take 2 weeks to get the car after signing BUT i think that was the RMV’s fault.
