The food gets kinda of pricey for a family. I try to get my kids to eat a light snack before i go and make sure i have them some cold juice tucked away in the diaper bag for the hot days to cut down on some of the expenses.

No there is not a water park at the zoo. Greenwood Community Park is nearby. They have a great water splash pad from April to October 8am-8pm. They also have a lake and you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes.
