I referred a friend who is a patient of my cousin in therapy in Connecticut. I was on a three-way call and the receptionist asked for a credit card before she would make an appointment. Because it was an injury we had the lawyer write up a letter which is called a letter of protection based off of the injury. It’s been seven days and this mental health facility never called back. Clinical mental health therapist are the worst.

This is my first time ever receiving therapy. I was scared. Nervous, anxious. Didn’t know what to expect. Tried once before but just didn’t feel right with me. I have to say from the moment she came on the screen (Melinda Zappone) her presence just felt INSTANTLY inviting. Idk what I felt free and comfortable so quickly. But she’s something special I tell you. And I’m so thankful she was picked to help me on this journey of healing. Thank you 🙏🏼

Sometimes for me. Probably 30%
The docs and therapists are good. The drawback is that the office and billing are not the best. For example, they kept sending threatening letters rhat $30 was going to collections because my payments were Applied to one doctor instead of the therapist. There isn't just one account apparently So, that was a headache. I would suggest taking care of all business at the office, getting them on the phone is hard. And keep.reciepts and appointment cards as proof you wete scheduled and paid
