My mother is very happy at Slate Belt Nursing Home. The people are extremely helpful, and the facility is very clean. I believe the staff is competent, and my mother is receiving good care. I highly recommend it. It's unfortunate that disgruntled people tend to be the ones who write reviews. I encourage those who are happy with Slate Belt to write a review so that people who read these have a clearer perspective when making decisions about where to place their loved one who are in need of skilled nursing care.

thelma. jose, anna in physical and occupational therapy are AMAZING. his morning nurse Christina is amazing. (one of the best nurses to take care of him the two and a half months he's been in the hospital and now here)! And all the CNA's that have worked with him. Everyone here pushes my father with tough love and they don't take no for an answer. So glad I chose to have him come here for rehab. you guys are amazing. dont stop what youre doing.

You can pretty much go in at anytime you would like. I checked on my pappy once at like 8 o clock at night. I wanna say its after 430 that no one will be at the front desk so you need to use the keypad provided to get in and out of the facility
