I'm thoroughly disgusted and disappointed in the treatment of my step dad. He was taken there on September 15th, and not even there 24 hours when he had some sort of altercation with the roommate. He was shipped to a hospital in the middle of the night. They charged us over 2400.00 for fee, which stated 3 days...he was not there that long...the room was disgusting...this was in the memory care unit. Please do not send your loved one to this place .

Beautiful area. This facility is well run and immaculate. The staff are friendly and are helpful. The residents I spoke with seemed satisfied with The Palmerton.

Wonderful place! From the moment we called The Palmerton to find a place for our father, we have been treated with above and beyond service and care. Really can't say enough about the staff - they are truly fantastic and treat everyone with compassion. Highly highly highly recommend The Palmerton for anyone looking for an assisted living facility!

Unfortunately my aunt passed before she got a chance to move in to The Palmerton but the help and care we were shown while making arrangements for the transition was wonderful. I have no doubt that she would have been very happy there.
