ZERO STARS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR I HAVE EVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. IN FACT MY LAWYER IS NOW INVOLVED.... I WAITED 3-4 HOURS TO BE SEEN. I HAVE AN EMT AND A NURSE IN MY FAMILY WHO ALL AGREED. AND I KNOW MY DAUGHTER. SHE HAS A SINUS INFECTION. I TOLD THEM, SHE HAD ONE JUST LIKE IT ABOUT A YEAR AGO WHEN WE LIVED IN ARIZONA AND MOVED BACK HOME TO NEW YORK 14 DAYS OF AMOXICILLIN AND BOOM SHE WAS GREAT.THE NURSE, CHECK IN LADY AND P.A. TOLD ME SHES HAVING TROUBLE BREATHING??? CHEST PAINS??? I SAID NO. NOTHING LIKE THAT. STRICTLY SINUS STUFFY HEAD RUNNING NOSE... EVERYTHING OF A SINUS INFECTION SO PLEASE GIVE MY DAUGHTER ANTIBIOTICS SHE SAYS NO, AND SUGGESTS I TAKE MY POOR DAUGHTER TO THE E.R. AND REFUSES TO TREAT HER. .... I TOOK HER TO THE OTHER URGENT CARE AND GUESS WHAT....... SINUS INFECTION!!!! GAVE HER, HER MEDICATION AND BOOM DONE.... THEN AT 12:22A.M. A KNOCK AT MY FRONT DOOR FROM CHILD SERVICES, THESE PPLE CALLED CHILD SERVICES TO INVESTIGATE MY PARENTING TO MY DAUGHTER.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? AND FOR THIS MY LAWYER IS INVOLVED NOW. WHEN I WENT THERE TO GET MY DAUGHTERS MEDICAL FILE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. PA ELIZABETH PARMER LIED, FALSIFIED AND. MADE FRAUDULENT NOTES IN THE SUMMARY. AND CALLED WITH A FALSE REPORT TO CPS. I AM NOTIFYING THIS EMAIL WITH MY CONTACT INFO AND I WANT A REPLY PLEASE ASAP. THANK YOU

I hope you never come here for something serious bc you will be waiting at least 2 hrs. They literally told us to wait in the waiting room and told us it would be 1 to 2 hrs wait and then they literally started taking all the old people first. I asked an old guy did he and his wife have an appointment and he said no just a walk in and they came in like 10 mins after me and they literally got seen before me. If I could give this place 0 stars I wouldn't hesitate at all. If your 5hinking about going here I highly recommend not too

I went there to get my foot exrayed. Not much can be done for a broken toe but they gave me a shoe that really didn't fit so well. I'm a size 9 & 1/2. I asked for a men's shoe instead and was told they don't have any. I had pointed out that my toes stick out over the shoe and are not protected. And by the way, why didn't they do any vitals? First time that ever happened at a place like that. The instructions given on paper were also very vague.

Receptionists are great. Only problem I have is constantly changing their Doctors who need to listen to their patients and not the government.
