if this isn't a complaint, then nothing is. this wasnt professional. This is incomplete ...totally scammed a patient without regard to health, lied, a collection of scumbags...go elsewhere. 2 weeks ago a ct scan was cancelled, by a Wayne Mem because of no "contrast", i guess a shortage...i go schedule at St Lukes , where they tell me they have it. NOW , today i go , the technician , not a DR, is calling my Dr to change the "script" or order, which he does taking out the "contrast" By the way i never met him...only get Dr assts there. I ask the technician which is better for me 3 times , she replies "depends on what you're having tested". and wind up with a subpar test.....which of course is 3regarding my health? serious? by the way , this was a follow up test for CHEST nodules from a year ago and 2 years ago . Health doesn't matter i guess. Lied to regardless of my health ??? I dont know about st lukes..this is a 3 part treatment originating from my Dr of 26 years in NJ which he ordered. He's wondering why they changed his orders and without any examination??? same thing last year, a Dr asst who handled urology and made mistakes, and WASN'T a urologist ." 3 DRs and 3 nurses i know said ,you're in a high risk group, 62 , a smoker...they HAVE TO GIVE CONTRAST!! ignoring a 3 part comparison test ...lies. This is going to get ugly.....oh by the way, nobody signed the diagnose of the test...both places. test order was shown on out the door.....the tech had order changed....this is going to get very ugly.....make them regret it bad. already under heavy investigation..... GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU HAVE A CONsCIENCE.....and by the way NOBODY contacted me even after i called. Even now there lying to the state while my Dr of 27 years provides the state with all the documentation....close this place. It was all set up before i got there and even the nurse practitioner verified she was lied to.
