Terrible. This place does not live up to the values and Reputation it once had. They would not work with my workers comp. I had to use my personal insurance and pay for it. The service I got was horrible. They rather you be in pain and hell to get out than in a good place. I will never go back.

I was transported to John Heinz from Paoli Hospital to begin inpatient therapy after having been involved in a serious pedestrian accident in West Chester in August 2018. From the very moment I was brought into my room, Joann Leo was so very kind and compassionate as she checked me in. Given the injuries I had in my one arm and both legs, I was a bit scared to begin therapy at first, but the people could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I was a patient there for just under two weeks, and my therapists did such a wonderful job in helping me power through my therapy. In addition, the nurses who helped me with my showers, getting dressed, and bringing me into the bathroom were so very helpful, and I truly appreciate what they did to help me out. I am very happy to say I am doing much better now, but I cannot thank the people at John Heinz enough for their medical expertise, care, and kindness during such a difficult and traumatic time for me. There is certainly a long list of people to thank, but I’ll keep it short. Many thanks to Joann, Brian, Kathy, Trish, Matt, Tom, and Pam, to name only a few individuals! Without all of you and many others, I have no idea where I’d be right now. Thank you again, John Heinz!
