First time at this dentist because our previous dentist stopped taking our insurance. They had our whole family get xrays we didn't need and now I have a $250 bill to pay. A little diligence with pre-exam screening questions on their part would have prevented this. The simple question of "when was your last dental appointment?" would have told them we didn't need xrays yet and that they probably wouldn't be covered because it was less than a year ago. I'm also aware that they have the capability of checking with insurance ahead of time to verify a service will be covered, which they clearly didn't do. As a consumer of medical services, I need to be able to trust that my provider is looking out for my best interest and not providing services I don't need and won't be covered. I feel stupid because I just trusted that they knew what they were doing. Never again.

Dr. Dotherow’s office almost makes me not mind going to the dentist. He is very gentle and takes time to inform you of what he is doing. Becca takes good care of my cleanings. I would recommend this office.

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been too! Great atmosphere, everyone is so kind and compassionate.. The office is very clean and comfortable..and the most important thing for me personally is that they don’t try to sell you anything…
