Worst pizza hut ever...cold overcooked pizza..like whoever said f it I Live 5 mins from here..called in to get a new one made dude like he couldn't find my order..I used my dcard so I know that's false..

My pizza was not fully cooked. I would like for you guys to make sure you pay attention to things like that. Also, I had curbside pick-up I called and texted the number outside and the place was not busy and I was forgotten about, so I would like for this to improve as well. This is the second time I have gone to this location and this has happened twice with the same complaints. Please do better.

Worst customer service on the phone. I ordered a personal pizza on the app and they called to say it wasn’t available. They asked if I wanted to get a medium instead, but they have to charge $17. Offered no discount for the inconvenience and when I declined the upgrade they hung up immediately before I even got to ask additional questions. The app does not reflect that the order was cancelled.

To many times I’ve been and they are using old crust and they are more expensive than other Pizza Hut restaurants. Instead of giving them $10 for a six piece or $20 for a 12 piece, you should go just go elsewhere. I worked at pizza hut before so i know the difference on a lot of different and whats old and fresh. Papa is also the new leader in stuff crust.
