main receptionist is very kind and courteous and helpful. if you need an appointment they will do their best to fit you in, especially if you are feeling very bad. they are thorough about giving blood work etc and very good about giving referrals to specialists. there is a part time receptionist than can be very rude at times on more than one occasion. at times it has been very difficult to get refills on non narcotic medications but this has improved. no matter how early you get there, 90% of the time you could be there anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. the communication between the intake nurses and the PCP or nurse practitioner needs to improve because some times some of the symptoms listed in the intake are not being addressed when the Dr comes in. overall a thorough clinic and kind and courteous staff for the most part. could improve a little in some areas. also there are A LOT of patients. they stay very busy and it feels like when you finally get seen, the main part of the appointment is rushed through a bit.
