Great workout facility, kinda reminds me of the Planet Fitness Franchise, I loved P.F. when I lived near one. Also the WOA 24/7 at this Lawrenceburg, TN location is only around 2yrs old, so still fairly new, the facility is always kept very clean, the equipment is in pristine condition and the selection to choose from will suit any and all types of fitness goals, along with a very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff standing by to serve you however they can. This facility even has some cool amenities like the Hydro Massage beds, a sit in sauna, tanning beds along with locker rooms with showers. They even offer services like personal training with a personalized fitness plan suited to meet your own personal needs and goals ((additional cost)). However they even offer different types of group classes on designated days and time, for any and all who want to participate at no extra cost. It's extremely affordable with no long term commitments, it's actually a steal in my opinion in terms of what all you get out of the deal for the price...anyways come on out and see for yourself what all the hype is about. Nice and friendly staff. Forest the trainer there is very knowledgeable and can help set some personal goals for your journey to fitness with confidence. The gym is always clean and the staff is there late for anyone working late that wants to tan. I've been to several gyms and this is by far my favorite. Love my membership 💪
