I had a consultation with Dr. Harkins for a breast augmentation that went great. He was very kind. However after scheduling my procedure I had a change of heart and decided to cancel. The practice refused to refund my deposit of $600 which I find very unfair. They also refused to allow me to use it towards services such as fillers or Botox. I do not find that admirable or of good business practice. Therefore reflecting my poor review.
