I have lived on an LHA property for 7 1/2 years. I've had no problems,all work orders I've put in has been taken care of in a timely manner, the property manager is helpful if I have questions, etc.... I have 2 dogs, and yes...I had to pay a deposit for them but, they are very good about the acceptance of pets. I recommend LHA.

I currently live here. Im a single mom with 2 young boys and I had no where to live nor could I afford anything on my own. Had I not got into these apartments I would not have had a place to live. I give all the thanks to Mary Polite the Property Manager. She will help you as much as she can. There maintence staff is friendly and they have never gave me any issues. The community is great and there seems to be little to no issues. They have 2 playgrounds in the community and the property is located in town and is very convenient. I love it here Im so thankful we have a place to call home. As long as you abide by the rules you wont have any issues. Alisa Cantrell is my other property manaher and she to is so amazing and will help you in any way she can if you have a problem that needs to be dealt with or any concerns . These ladies are wonderful. I'm very blessed
