You get your marriage license. Then in ga you have to have an officiate sign it. At a bare minimum in ga an officiant won't sign unless you say your I do's. Costs around like 65 for the license and we got an officiant from Google who met same day and signed for 150 after she witnessed us say I do. Then we turned it in same day and got our official marriage certificate
She can see what the process and requirements are to apply for a child abandonment warrant in magistrate court.
