Had an appointment there today, but hadn't heard from them. I called to verify my appointment only to be told they rescheduled it for 5 weeks from now without letting me know. Completely unprofessional, but thankfully I'm not in chronic pain J/K I am.

I was taking my mother there to get a pain shoot in her shoulder and after the third time I notice that she had a hard time keeping her balance and walking. Then she told me that the doctor assistant called her repeatly to check on her because (the office gave her something that she was allergic to). So the next visit I told my mother that I was going through the entire process with her. Unfortunately, my mother warned them that I was coming and the regular lady was not there and they took us to the back and the lady started to give my mother a shot in her left shoulder and I screamed and she said that the insurance requires thta they give my mother a shoot in the other shoulder?? I told them that her we are not giving a shot in the wrong shoulder because they wanted to make money with my mother insurance. They took me in another office and Doctor Talley came in and admitted to the mistakes and that the lady read my mother file wrong and gave her the wrong medicine. My mother use to work with Doctor Talley and thought he was helping her. We stop going there .
