Horrible experience. Waited an hour to be seen and wasn’t even seen. They said they couldn’t see me after I had made an appt and told them what about. I then sat in a room for a hour to be told they couldn’t see me and sorry for any misunderstanding. Waste of time, unprofessional.

I had an appointment yesterday at 10:00, but wasn’t taken back until 11:00. The waiting room was relatively busy, so I understand why it took as long as it did. Once I was taken back, the process was quick and easy, and the staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. They printed out papers to explain everything to me, and I would say it was an enjoyable process. Thank you guys for all that you do! :)
