They charge you $300 to even start getting seen as a new patient. Thats with insurance. No reimbursement or anything. Out of pocket. In this economy? Yall must not want to get new customers.

I came here as a teenager for a couple years on and off due to some depression reasons. Almost a year ago I had an awful experience that caused me daily panic and my psychiatrist could not seem to get me on a medication that worked for me. After 7 months gone by with no success to get on a right medication I switched psychiatrist/office that is not Salveo and it has been a wonderful change. That was just one of my problems I had with this place. My psychiatrist always forgot what I was coming to her for despite the fact I had been coming to her with outrageous symptoms for months with my panic. She always told me to take a medication then next time I spoke with her it's "Your not even suppose to be taking that" even though I was told to and that is what was at the pharmacy for me to pick up. On top of that my psychiatrist gave me attitude over many different things that was not worth having an attitude over. Let me not leave out the fact I had been coming to her for years and she even admitted she doesn't know my exact diagnosis's, yet my new psychiatrist could figure it out with just one visit to him. If you are very bad off mentally I don't recommend going here. I tried to give many chances here but I realized it wasn't worth it anymore. Hope y'all can find someone to help but here will not be the place. Thx for reading

Terrible terrible service. They’ll give you an outstanding bill after 2 years and then you have no way to pay it due to no one answering phone and websites not working.
