I tried to call the phone number posted and after a brief hold I finally got a rude woman who was very unhelpful. I was trying to place an order for something that is on the menu but was not online to be ordered from. I first called the restaurant to ensure that they still had the item and how much I would have to order before I called Mr Delivery. I then called and she continued to argue with me about the item. I tried to explain to her that it is on the menu and I had ate it last night. She continued to argue with me then about reaching the minimum order. I have ordered two times in the last two days and now after this. Well I know that I will not be ordering from them tonight. I waited a year and half before I ordered from them again. Now the driver shows up and was rude in front of my customers and had to be asked to leave. Ordering from mr delivery is a mistake that I will not make again. Thank god uber eats is in town now! Wow I should start dating my entries so we can see this is me giving them a chance again after a few months. I tried place an order and thought the price was off. Not only do they charge you $5.00 for delivery they are charging more for each meal. I was trying to order a sandwich combo from a local place. It is $3.50 more expensive on Mr Delivery than if you go and pick it up. This means for the one sandwich they are making 8.50 more and then ask for a tip. It is crazy that they stay in business! Rude staff, even worse drivers, and if they make a mistake they won’t accept it. I have had them charge me for a sauce that they got free from the restaurant! I hope someday soon they eitherhire friendly staff and stop ripping people off. I can say I won’t make the mistake by ordering from them again. I have been mistreated by them enough

This was the first time I used this service and my order arrived earlier than stated, just a little over a half hour after I placed it. The driver followed my instructions to call before he got to my building and he was courteous and polite. I will definitely use this service again when I don't feel like cooking or going out to eat.

Ordered from this app tons of times and almost never had an issue. decent wait and super nice drivers. today though, i waited an hour for the food (which was normal), got the message that it would be here in a few minutes, then a message saying it was cancelled. so i called the number because it said my house was “out of the zone” and the CSR who got my call told me that was the issue, then said all of a sudden they were too busy to get my food to me on time so they c a n c e l l e d i t instead of just telling me it would be late, like they have done before. super sad about this and hope they find a better way to notify people.

I received the wrong order. Mr. Delivery refused to re-deliver the correct food and blamed the restaurant for the order being wrong. When I spoke with someone at the restaurant, he said the drive approved substitutions for the order without contacting me. Mr. Delivery would only give me a $5.00 credit which didn't even come close to covering the cost of the food that was wrong. I tried to respond to Mr. Gansky with the information that he requested below regarding my order. When I called the local number for Mr. Delivery, I was told that I was speaking to someone at a call center in South Africa and she had never heard of Tyler Gansky. In response to Mr. Gansky's comments below. According to Mr. Delivery's website the soup of the day for Monday was cheesy potato. That is the only soup that was listed as being available on the Mr. Delivery website. Why would I designate the type of soup that I wanted when there was only one available. Also, I was not offered a refund. I was offered a $5.00 credit which means that to make use of it I would once again have to pay a $5.00 delivery fee and a 78 cent processing fee to have food delivered.

Gift cards are redeemable by ordering on the Mr Delivery website. Once you put in your address it will tell you what restaurants are available. It goes by distance to the restaurant
Goes by distance to the restaurant. It depends on how far south in Chatham you are and where you want to order from. I'm a driver for them and I definitely go to Chatham a lot
