Tried ordering pick up off Grubhub and the menu items I ordered off Grubhub were apparently never even offered here. So I got a call asking what else I wanted instead - which was really nice. I did not expect the slices to be this big! They were huge! I liked the cheese a lot more than the veggie one tbh, the veggie had a pile of vegetables and olives heaped on top, and was a pain to eat and also a little bland. The cheese ones in comparison were really good! If you’re ordering here: the single slices are about like a foot in length! So don’t order too much :)

No acknowledgement coming through the door. That was ok, but when 4 employees are doing nothing and there is only one other customer...not acceptable for me. I saw 2 calls answered in my face rather that take my order. I walked out and see they have a trend of this behavior.

As a resident of midtown, I have frequently visited Vinny’s for lunch. On the stormy evening of August 25th I experienced the worst customer service ever from this location. From the moment I entered to pickup my Posmates order there was serious confusion. If not for me seeing my name on a bag, I would have been turned away without my order. After leaving, I returned because I felt that needed to check my order. Upon returning and explaining that a salad had been left from my order, instead of apologizing, I was told that it was my fault because they didn’t know the kind of salad. No apologies or anything. I was hit with several excuses and repetitive questions about which of the 2 salad choices they offer for a side. After my patience was tested and I voiced my frustration with the customer service experience, I was told that I had a choice as to where I got my pizza by the cashier on duty. September 2022: Honestly, the food is decent. I’ve had items left from my pickup order twice. Both times I caught the mistake by charging my bag. Both times the customer service was off. Two different associates made it seem as if it was my fault because they didn’t’ know which side salad I wanted. The 10 minutes I waited in store for my order to be completed would have been a great time to hash that out. Also, most restaurants would not let you proceed in your online order if pertinent information is needed.
