Went to return pants that didn’t fit me too well and shoes that were worn for maybe an hour. Did like the way shoes made my feet feel. Lady at the register told me she couldn’t do the shoes because they look worn, ok they are brand new, mind you I bought both of them yesterday. I can understand if the shoes were dogged but they weren’t. She then proceeds to go about the return and look at the pants again and says I don’t have the tag for it, meanwhile I have the receipt. Says she can’t do the return with an attitude and rudely hands the items back. It’s only my second time shopping there and that put a bad taste in my mouth.

Usually I got here I need ministers shirts or nice suits, but this time I found them lacking. I'm gonna keep trying because I like the store. They're not too crowded. Double breasted suits I guess are in short supply, but I only found designs by Dominic wilkens. Still my store though, especially for on site alterations.
