I'll start by saying I used Honors point for my stay. Check-in process failed when I checked in through the app and digital key wouldn't open the back door so we had to walk around. When we arrived at the room, the door would not unlock with digital or keycard. After several attempts got it to work. I believe the door bolt was catching the latch and not unlocking. Frustrating but not terrible. Sometimes the door got a pretty good shoulder ram to open. The room appeared to be the typical until further inspection. The rooms just aren't "clean." Mildew in shower corner, mildew on the advertised Waterpik showerhead, mildew in the air condition vents. There was also a cigarette butt on the floor but it's possible it waa tracked in on our feet. Everything else was decent, free breakfast, the staff appeared to be struggling doing many different tasks. I understand workers are difficult to come by when Biden will pay people not to work. The pool looked like it had mold on the walls but I think it was worn paint. The La Quinta pool was 10 times nicer that we visited with our larger party. I would still stay here for under $100 but I don't feel its up to Hampton Inn standards.

We were in town for my Mom's memorial June 3 and 4. The hotel it self is a little dated. Our room was a little small. The A/C was not working very well. We got really warm. We asked 3 times for clean towels and never received them. The pool was dirty and the chlorine was overwhelming. When I checked out Carol was so sweet. She so understanding. We had our little puppy Gracie with us. Everyone loved her there. The breakfast was outstanding. For a complimentary breakfast they had a lot of verity. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. Would not stay here again just for the fact that for the price you pay I'd like a little bigger room, clean towels ,clean pool and a room that the A/C worked. Carol checked us in and out. Positive: Very clean and staff was great! Pet fee is a little steep and it didn't say how much online. I had already booked the room online and when I checked in, the gal said there is a $75 pet fee.

The staff is very friendly, the bed was clean, the shower had mold and bathroom not really clean on in our first room, when they moved us out was better but the toilet was in bad shape and needed replaced. Not what you expect from Hampton inn. The breakfast was hot and the gentleman that helped us was amazing.
