Mr Pierchoski and his staff, Alex and Tammy are excellent, professional, friendly and above all they really care about their clients and their community. I have spoken with Alex many times and she is most definitely an asset to the company. Stan has been there with us every single step of the way. He has answered numerous questions and has been extremely patient in helping us understand Trust language. He has gone above and beyond to help us and has exemplified extreme professionalism with attention to detail. We attended one of Stan's seminars and immediately knew that we wanted him and no one else to help us with our Living Trust. We chose a Trust instead of a Will because we want things to be easier and smoother for our children when we are no longer here. We don't want them to have to go through Probate as Probate can be quite time consuming, complicated and expensive. I have never spoken with a more knowledgeable Attorney than Stan Pierchoski. In working with Stan, he became like a trusted friend that we had known for a very long time. We trust him 100 percent. I recommend Stan with the utmost respect for him and his team. He has given us a priceless peace of mind.

After attending a brief Seminar, the benefits of establishing a Trust were obvious. We opted to create 2 trusts, one to protect our assets in the event that long term care was needed and the other to keep our estate out of Probate. Stan made the whole process easy and took the time to explain every step. He made it a point to communicate in layman's terms and we felt like we were dealing with a trusted friend rather than a service provider. His fee for doing this work is a fraction of the potential expense that we be facing if long term care was needed and the legal expenses of having our estate probated. His work comes with a lifetime commitment to modify the trust should we need to make changes in the future. Not your typical Attorney interaction. He and his wife presented us with a very nice cake to celebrate getting this task off of our "To Do" list and we would recommend him without hesitation

After informative workshop we continued with a vision meeting. With a lot of information and a heart of a teacher, Stan show us a better way. Very polite and professional all the way. He even found a very rare exception that applied to us. Thank you Stan!

Great experience drafting our family living trust. Stan, and his office staff, were great, explaining everything, answering any questions we had. Highly recommend Pierchoski Estate Law when you are considering your estate planning.

Janet It probably is not allowed under HIPAA but I do not do Worker's Comp and am not in the best position to give advice on that subject. I do not know any WC attorneys to recommend but you will need to ask one who does WC cases regularly. Hope this is helpful and good luck with it. Stan
The cost varies based on the service. A simple will can be as little as $350. Living Trust plans, which are much better than wills with the ancillary documents of Power of Attorney, Advance Care Directive, etc. range from $2,500 to $5,000. It is circumstance driven for your individual family dynamics. Hope that helps.
