After attending a brief Seminar, the benefits of establishing a Trust were obvious. We opted to create 2 trusts, one to protect our assets in the event that long term care was needed and the other to keep our estate out of Probate. Stan made the whole process easy and took the time to explain every step. He made it a point to communicate in layman's terms and we felt like we were dealing with a trusted friend rather than a service provider. His fee for doing this work is a fraction of the potential expense that we be facing if long term care was needed and the legal expenses of having our estate probated. His work comes with a lifetime commitment to modify the trust should we need to make changes in the future. Not your typical Attorney interaction. He and his wife presented us with a very nice cake to celebrate getting this task off of our "To Do" list and we would recommend him without hesitation
