Applying rental permit. Takes three month. When call in. No one can answer question and transfer to voice message. Call 10 times. 10 times transfer voice message. Never get help.

1ft is recommended but as long as the fence is on your property it can be as close to it as you want

You must go down and go to the planning dept

I am closing in less than a month and the buyer title co.found open permit from 1988 #206745. I purchased in 2000 and it was not picked up on.. My building plans show the 3 car garage in 1988.How can I close this permit and get the proper c/o ASAP?

You will need to provide an updated survey showing the 3 car garage as well as a set of plans showing all existing construction and submit a permit application for existing to maintain signed and sealed by an architect Assuming it is over 600 ft²
