I’ve been to this place multiple times for brunch and it’s always been fantastic… Last night I went and ordered a rare fillet and their mac & cheese… The steak came out well done at room temp and the mac & cheese was so dry I couldn’t eat it… Not to mention when you ask for a dirty martini it shouldn’t be crystal clear… I made a comment about it and neither the waitress nor the kid that came by and picked it up cared at all, but they sure were quick to give me the bill…. Never again….

We have been here many times. Recently the service has gone down hill. Today my wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant at about 11:30 am. Sat at the bar. Bar tender was not attentive and we experience very poor service. Didn’t return to see how everything was and we had to wait longer than we should to order more drinks and more food. Also had to wait to get the check. She was on her phone constantly. It looked like the manager was on his phone as well. Service expectations start at the top. This is the third time we have had this experience at Pickled. Very unfortunate because the food and atmosphere is very good. Service at the bar extremely poor.
