Great park! Reasonably priced, smooth trails, deep mud holes, hills and climbs! Great for SxS, quads and dirt bikes!

This Place is amazing!! My uncle and I travel every Sunday to a new trail. So far we have traveled to Highland Park, Durham, Iron Mountain, and Top Trail. It was our first time to this location. First let me start by the check in experience... it's a family owned establishment from what I could tell. A father, son and his lovely few month old doberman pinscher. He was sooooo sweet!, check in process was quick and efficient. We always buy shirts and hats wherever we go and even that went well, pricing... and check out. The texture of the ground was all pretty much sand. This was a first for me! I didn't like it to start but once you get the hang of it, it's really fun and BEST of all it doesn't stick in your tires like mud. The trails weren't clearly marked... like most places, but they were fun, clean, and the perfect blend of off and on road feel. They have such a beautiful area, Super Blue lakes, and sand mountains...it almost had a desert feel, so beautiful. I've included a video below. They didn't have maps but encouraged you to download the Polaris app.... I have to play with that a little before attempting to use it again. We went back to the check in area where they sold hot dogs and burgers, drink, chips. The burgers were mouth watering!!!! bring cash, bc they don't take card. I will definitely be back, actually this Sunday!!!

The good was friendly owner and well marked trails. All styles of riding from hills to mud holes. The bad - bathrooms were a mess from the first thing AM to the PM and trash was left from days before that smelled bad if you happen to be down wind.

Not that I'm aware, but highly recommended. As a regular who drives one of the larger side by sides out there, you really should wear them. I've seen people unfamiliar with the area flip (not to say that you will) and hit their head on the machine/tree. It wasn't pretty. This place has many obstacles in strange places that can catch you off guard.
Nope ....but lots of 44 years wiping out in the dirt while trying to relive there youth on dirt bikes ... hahaha
No
18, Minors must have a guardian sign for you
Atv and utv only
I don't believe so. Side by sides four wheelers and dirt bikes. Seems like they've had a special jeep rally before in the past but not on a regular basis
No tire size limit
No swimming
No rentals there, But Durham Town ATV park has rentals and it's a bigger park!
No there isnt it just cost 10$ for a kid
You can into 11 pm ,
Pretty much every weekend. They post on their Facebook page Sunnyside 2018 when they aren't going to be open
Friday thru Sunday.
Some are 1 way. Signs up everywhere on those.
Not really... It's a active mine so most of the dirt and hills move monthly
As far as I know only for special events, they seem to do truck/jeep events about every month or so.
