I have been calling for the past 2 hours to try and talk to someone in order to change my donation center. No one has picked up and no one has answered my message. I remember there was always a person in the front ready to direct people and take calls, well its been two hours and nothing.

They don't even deserve 1 star but it's the lowest I could get them imagine if you took McDonald's employees worked them 12 hours a day 7 days a week for a year and then you might get close to how bad the employees and service is here
