Abbotts Cleanup and Restoration was such a pleasure to work with! We had a leak that had been going on for a while and they performed the cleanup and remediation. Jake E, the PM ,and Khalfani V, the onsite Supervisor, were incredible! They were very professional and courteous and were very transparent about the entire process. I would 100% recommend Abbott's for cleanup and restoration needs!

I worked with Matt from Abbott’s and he seemed to be transparent about the work, which is why I wanted to work with him. He offered to come out and walk around with the adjuster for my claim. The adjuster determined that the leak was not sudden and they wouldn’t cover the whole claim, but I had seepage coverage which would cover up to a maximum amount. I was disappointed that Matt never spoke up during the walk through with the adjuster and after I informed him that I had a coverage limit. I let him know this and it took him 5 days to respond. I asked for an estimate for mitigation and restoration and he said he would get it to me in the next few days. The next day I received a call from a receptionist/scheduler stating that Matt had asked her to follow-up with me to see if they could move forward with the scope of work. I told I had texted Matt and was waiting for estimates. By that time I had chosen another mitigation company and didn’t feel comfortable with them handling the restoration since they couldn’t even reach back out in a timely manner. I understand the scope of the project changed, but since it was no longer low hanging fruit I believe they had no interest in helping me. Not sure that I can recommend Abbott Restoration after the lack of follow through.

Xactimate® pricing is recognized and accepted as an industry standard by many of the largest insurers and a majority of all insurers. Every item performed on your restoration project is listed in detail and agreed upon by you (as well as your adjuster for insured covered damage) so that there are no surprises. Deviations from the established pricing are documented for your review and approval.
