THE WORST SERVICE EVER 1. Ridiculous price, this place charged me $238 for a battery exchange while Apple official repair charge you $129 +tax(claim to be ‘cheaper Mac repair’, regret I did not do my research first) 2. Incapable and careless repair, after battery change my MacBook has drive not read issue and keyboard issue. Bring it to other 2 repairs(both highly rated and verified on Thumbtack) and both repairer point out the issue to the careless and unskilled repairs provided by them. 3. Lack of integrity, refused to admit their responsibility after filing my complaint. Wasting my time and energy to commute to the store and back not solving the problem Very bad experience

You know that this is basically the same as a yelp review? So you're asking this question to random people who have shopped here, but not the employees themselves. Really, asking Google would be more beneficial than asking this sort of forum...
Hey Erik, we can absolutely replace the disk Drive in your Mac mini. Depending on the exact model you have the price ranges a bit but overall it is inexpensive. Please bring it by our shop anytime, no appointment needed.
We can fix most motherboards rather than replacing them. Any chance you can bring it into our shop so we can take a look? Typically we can get you a price within 10 minutes or so.
We typically charge $90 for that repair. We would love to be able to fix it while you wait, but due to how Apple assembled the iPod touch it is a timely repair process and typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

We can recycle Apple products here at the shop, there is no charge. Sorry, I'm not sure who does other brands/general electronics recycling.
