Four hour wait for an acute injury. This facility seems more like a clinic than an urgent care since patients can make appointment for routine health care and walk in’s with acute injuries must wait. Did not use basic infection control measures such as hand washing after removing gloves and pulling hair up so as to not push it out of your face while giving care. I did not receive written discharge instructions, I was just told to follow up with my primary in a few days. I had to ask to have my wounds clean and bandaged as well. I would not recommend.
