Considering being a busy person who takes care of so many people, and I have shoulder injury that prevented self care for about a week, I went in to get my hair trimmed and conditioned. I expressed looking for a stylist for regular. I got plenty of tips from Logan on how to take care of my hair (as if I was no better than a child with natted hair from an abusive and neglectful family). I asked many times to see the sylist protfolio and to consider working with him, but through many attemps he seemed to just brush me off, redirect, and pass me onto someone else. He claimed he doesnt work with long hair, yet says he has done long layers for cuts. He seemed repulsed at having to work on my hair. I was offered products during the hair cut, but after he got me out of his chair, completely dismissed and forgot. I tried another attempt to reestablish his Opportunity to sell products and to show portfolio work, considering he was getting ready for another client who hadnt even showed up, but after begrudgingly suggesting a clarifying shampoo, and being asked about conditioning oil, he offered two products, and then said try store bought dandruff shampoo, that even the products are to good for me to use. I asked a 5th time for the portfolio work for even the lady rachel he suggested, but then he decided to gatekeep and mentioned to just look at the boom site to see everyones. It was the most caddy, discrimative, and non-personal experience I have ever experienced. If you with dread locks, been through a mud storm, got gum stuck in your hair, or use henna, dont bother working with this guy. However if your high maintenance, polished, and super model esque, he is perfect. Money not a problem, he was thank ful "for the business" as I was for "the service", but like any person who can be snotty about it, he doesn't care how much you have, just how you can build his portfolio and not mess up his fame. I would spend several hundred on my hair weekly if I found the right stylist and they had an available schedule... but again I must wait til I need my hair done again, to find another stylist and another salon, til this busy woman can have the support she needs. $70 for a shampoo, trim, and blowout. I have paid more for better service and a simple cut, I have paid less for the same service but had way better treatment. I am sure they will respond in valling me trash or watever, but never judge a book by its cover only by the way they treat people who seem beneath them. A rich man wears sweats or torn jeans and a t-shirt and can refer many clients. A poor man may dress to the nines, and do nothing for you but get your hopes up thinking you landed a big one. Too bad me and my girls wont support this place. Hope you all enjoy who attend here.

I am a first time client at studio bloom. My experience there was absolutely wonderful I got a haircut from a lovely gentleman named Craig he gave me an amazing shampoo and an even more amazing haircut I’ve never been happier with my hair than I am after seeing him! I will definitely return.

Love this studio! I grew my hair out over the past couple years and didn't know how to manage it. I started seeing Kat at Studio Boom and it has been a game changer! Highly recommend checking them out.
