Unbelievably poor customer service at the Ashley location. Not only are you allowed to make a reservation online only to have no cars available, once you call the local number to confirm, the rudest young man actually hung up on me. I simply asked if when he says they have no cars, does that actually mean that they have no cars in the class I reserved or no cars at all. The online reservation system alerts you when they have no cars for every other location but, this one. Turo is the new rental car option for me when booking for Valdosta. Nice cars that are ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. With Turo taking off nationwide, you would think that Enterprise would try to step up their customer service game. Not so much at the Enterprise on Ashley. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS if you truly need to rent wheels.

Gregg is rude. He answers the phone with attitude and will hang up on you when he feel like it. They have no cars to rent out at either location.

AVOID!! Not worth your inconvenience or your business. Reservations and confirmation was completed weeks in advanced but when it came down to the day off, I was told that no rental was available. What company or business does that? definitely a company that does not care about customer service. No, I do not need a generic email needing my confirmation information.

Credit card. If you have a debit card you need a pay stub and proof of residency, and a utility bill.

Valid driver's license and a bank/credit card. It's also probably best to have a vehicle already reserved. You can make your reservation online, via the Enterprise company website.
Pay when u lock in price and after you return it and keep your end of the contract they will refund your deposit
I do believe there is a charge to change locations
They will pick you up but I don't know if there is a distance limit on it.
If I'm not mistaken you have to be present at the location you are renting from. You have to show your ID. They also will not take a credit card over the phone.
