A GYRO is a Greek sandwich, historically made of Beef and Lamb, in pocket or pita bread with lettuce, tomato and a cucumber, yogurt sauce. At ARBY'S it's just thinly layered beef with the above. Try one at a Greek restaurant, you'll love it!
