The chicken and biscuits are delicious the macaroni and cheese had burnt crust on it. When it is lunchtime this location needs to have food freshly cooked and ready to go. The customer service at the drive thru window really needs improvement. No customer wants to spend money with workers that has an attitude...It simply not good for business.

Should've went to the grocery store and purchased/ cooked food instead! Spent almost an hour receiving my food. The drive thru attendant was rude and not professional. This was the worst experience Ever!!! All I could hope for was the food to be fresh and worth the wait. But it wasn't. So Popeyes be happy that you got one star. Bet I'll take my business elsewhere next time. A waste. Waste of time, effort and money. P.s. please train your staff how to be polite when dealing with customers.

I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and I was told my chicken strips would only take 20 minutes. I went inside after the 40 minutes and asked what was going on and they hadn’t even dropped the chicken strips and had no idea what I ordered or was I was talking about. Nobody apologized and they all seemed bothered I even came inside. They need some help bad and they have terrible customer service.
